Now a days why Graduate did not get in job?

Now a days why Graduate did not get in job?

The main reason was they not study well. They study only makeup they don't have practical knowledge. They don't understand subjects. our aim was only getting marks so they make up every thing.

                       Second Important reason was Every one not have good English communication. So they not perform well in interview. Some guys know for everything our subjects but they could not establish that english so loose the job.

                     After finish the degree not get in job so join some training institute lot of student doing same mistake again Not utilize the chance makeup for the course.

Most of the students before going to interview not prepare for interview this is one of the major mistake. My  Advice was after graduation please the career try to job your career related

So many student go for job only money purpose so they lose some years so after they did not come for our carrier life long.
