Why did not get the job?

After Complete graduation lot student did not get the job the main reason was he not prepare well. i want to tell one example. if i attend an interview but i could not get the job my next move was  go to another interview. i do for same mistakes in first interview  so i did not get the job
                          Lot graduate student do same mistakes but they want different results so they fail interview. if you not get the job for interview no problem but don't do same mistakes in next interview
                       lot do the same mistakes so they loose confident after attend many interview i want tell one small advice please realize the your mistakes and learn from your previous mistakes it will help for your next interview
                      if you not learn from your mistakes you not get in job so you loose your confident so you loose your carrier. so improve from your self development and go interview
